John L. Quinn, Of Counsel

Attorney John L. Quinn is an active member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee and has previously chaired its Advisory Board. He is a longstanding member of the American Bar Association’s EEO Committee, having served as its Co-Chair from 1995-1997. John is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association. In 1999, Mr. Quinn was elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is admitted to the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi Bar Associations. John is a neutral in employment matters, certified by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and currently serves as a mediator to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Quinn has been a frequent speaker at national employment law seminars sponsored by the AFL-CIO LCC, American Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He was named 2005 Friend of Labor by the Alabama Organized Labor Awards Foundation.
