Bio

In addition to his experience as a labor union lawyer, attorney Richard Rouco has developed an active practice in the area of antitrust litigation. His interest in antitrust litigation grew out of his experience representing working families and their unions in disputes with multi-national corporations. Richard currently represents consumers in antitrust cases alleging price fixing and other unlawful restraints of trade. He also has experience litigating securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors.
