Attorney George Davies represents labor unions and Taft-Hartley trust funds. George is a former Union and Employee Co-Chair of the Antitrust, RICO, Labor Law Committee of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, as well as a member of its Committee on the Development of the Law under the NLRA and a member of the ABA’s Litigation Section as well as the AFL-CIO’s Lawyers Coordinating Committee. He is admitted to practice in the state Bars of Alabama, Virginia, and West Virginia.
