Jeff Sodko has represented labor unions and their members for more than 25 years. Before joining the firm, he served as Deputy General Counsel of the International Union, UAW. He has extensive experience with organizing and collective bargaining issues under the National Labor Relations Act, and in representing unions in arbitration and before the courts. Among other matters, he assisted in successfully defending the UAW against a racketeering lawsuit challenging the legality of a neutrality agreement with a large heavy truck manufacturer. Adcock v. Freightliner, LLC, 550 F.3d 369 (4th Cir. 2008). He is an active member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance and has spoken on organizing and employee benefits issues. Mr. Sodko works from our Atlanta office.
